For our Aesthetics clients, initial photos will be taken in order for us to have documentation of your starting point. Photos will be taken periodically during the course of your treatment plan to monitor your progress through your rejuvenation!
Our primary purpose for taking photos is to monitor and document your progress as you experience the comprehensive approach we take to anti-aging and facial rejuvenation. Aesthetics is a very visual industry and many other people are looking for the same results you have experienced. Therefore we ask for your explicit permission to use your before and after photos on social media and our websites to showcase what natural elevation really looks like.
Photos are stored within our encrypted, HIPAA compliant electronic medical records. Only providers and permissioned Aspen+ Team Members who have completed HIPAA compliance certification AND have controlled access to our electronic medical records system will have access to your stored photos.
Your photos will not be used or published on any form of electronic or printed marketing material without your explicit written permission. This is, however, a very visual industry and many other people are looking for the same results you have experienced. Therefore we do ask you to consider the impact you could have on others who are looking to for elevated and natural results.
It is imperative that we maintain photo documentation of your results and progress throughout the course of your treatments and experiences with our providers. Photos will most times be taken at the beginning of your appointment. For best side-by-side comparisons of your treatment progress, we require a make-up free face to document your real results.
We never edit, filter or touch up any of our before and after photos. We will always maintain full transparency with what results we ourself and our clients have experienced with our combination of services.
Not only have we designed our specific treatment rooms with Medical Grade Lighting, but we also have dedicated lights for before and after pictures to provide optimal and consistent before and after pictures.
