Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your session. Wear light, comfortable clothing or use the sauna semi-nude if preferred. Undergarments, swimwear, or a wrap must be worn at all times while inside the sauna. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before the session. You will experience a gentle, soothing heat that promotes sweating and relaxation. Depending on your comfort level and experience, each session will last anywhere from 15-45 minutes. We encourage you to bring a water bottle, towel, and book. Clothing should be free of all metal to avoid the potential of burns, along with removing all jewelry.
Due to the high temperatures, we do not allow electronics inside the sauna room. You can use the quiet time to destress and take a break from the busy hustle and bustle of life. Temperatures can range from 125° - 140°. Side effects are rare but can include dehydration, overheating, and light-headedness. Always stay hydrated and listen to your body to avoid these issues. We recommend taking a shower within one to two hours after your session. Due to timing restraints this service must be scheduled in advance. This service will not accommodate walk-ins.
