Olivia "Liv" Albin brings a deeply personal perspective to skincare. Having navigated cystic acne herself, she understands how much healthy skin can mean to someone's confidence. That experience shapes her compassionate, thoughtful approach to every client and every treatment plan.
Liv oversees and performs the practice's full range of laser and energy-based treatments and serves as its Laser Safety Officer. CO₂ laser resurfacing is a particular passion and area of expertise; she personally performs every CO₂ laser treatment in the office. Her work also includes Erbium resurfacing, IPL photofacials, long-pulse YAG and Q-switch laser treatments, and laser hair reduction, each tailored to the client's skin type and goals.
Beyond lasers, Liv performs microneedling and Pixel8 radiofrequency microneedling to improve texture, tone, and acne scarring, as well as Ultherapy® for non-surgical lifting and tightening. She also uses the LamProbe for precise treatment of common skin concerns, including skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasia, syringomas, xanthomas, and electrolysis.
As the practice's pigment specialist and ZO® Pigment & Melasma Program Director, Liv develops individualized treatment plans for discoloration and melasma, guiding each client with care and a thoughtful commitment to preparing the skin for treatment.
Liv strongly believes in preconditioning the skin before a treatment, taking the time to help clients prepare for their procedures and support their results. Whether she's performing a laser treatment, developing a corrective skincare plan, or providing a rejuvenating facial, she pairs technical skill with genuine empathy to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their skin.
Outside the office, Liv loves spending time with her partner, their two daughters, and their dog and cats. She makes playlists for every mood and unwinds with Almost Famous or a Steve Martin movie.
