Because we practice the safest techniques, our providers use high-resolution Mindray® Ultrasound for the placement of dermal fillers. Mindray® Ultrasound gives us real time visualization of the different layers of skin, fat, muscle, bone and blood vessels. Mapping the blood vessels is essential to reducing risks associated with dermal filler, because everyone’s anatomy is different. With the use of the Mindray Ultrasound we can map the path of blood vessels, verify correct placement of the filler, and manage both urgent and delayed complications with dermal filler. Mindray Ultrasound provides precious information regarding the nature of the complication, the layers of facial tissue involved and identification of the type of filler or material previously injected. Not only can we visually guide the placement of the filler, we can also visually guide the dissolution of filler using reversal medication.

We start with a consultation where we do a thorough examination of your face. Then we spend time with you, learning about your appearance goals and explaining the procedure in detail, so you can decide if it’s right for you. Once you’re comfortable with your decision, we craft a personalized treatment plan. Our provider will then select the dermal fillers that are the best solutions for you, and make a series of injections, strategically placed in different areas of your face. The treatment may take 1-2 hours depending on the number of areas of your face we address. Discomfort is managed with topical as well as injectable numbing medication.
All filler injected at Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness is dissolvable. We are able to dissolve old filler that may have migrated under the skin and is no longer serving its purpose, or troubleshoot areas which are not yielding optimal results. This is done with numbing medication for comfort and an injection of filler dissolving medication called Hylenex. Within days the problematic filler is flushed from you system and we can move forward with giving you the results you deserve.

Pricing for facial balancing is quoted by area and typically 3 areas are done per session starting at $680 per area for members/$800 per area for non-members.
