Is there a fee to become a member?
To activate your Elevated Membership there is a one-time activation fee of $89. The activation fee and the first month’s subscription fee will be charged on the same day.
What does the membership cost?
Becoming a member has no monthly cost. Your monthly draft acts like a personal savings account within our secure system. The membership requires a year-long commitment, and as a thank you for your loyalty, you'll receive amazing discounts, VIP booking, invitations to new treatment launches, products and more!
Does the money in my membership savings account expire?
No! Your money in your Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness account never expires. It’s there for you whenever you choose to use it.
What is VIP booking?
VIP booking means that we have exclusive appointment times available to members only, so you never have to worry about getting in for services.
If I am an Elevated Wellness member can I get a discount on Botox/Dysport/Xeomin?
Elevated Wellness members will benefit the most by upgrading to the Elevated Elite Membership. This will allow you to experience the benefits that ALL our services have to offer, with an exclusive discount.
If I am an Elevated Elite member can I downgrade my membership to either Aesthetics or Wellness if I want to?
Current Elevated Elite members need to complete their year long Elevated Elite Membership contract prior to downgrading their membership to Elevated Aesthetics or Elevated Wellness Membership.
Can I substitute my Complimentary services for a different service?
No, you cannot.
What services does a Day Pass include?
A day pass at Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness includes: One or more of any of our Core Services ( Red Light Therapy + Far Infrared Sauna).
What Are Red Light Therapy and Far Infrared Sauna?
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red light to penetrate the skin and promote various health benefits, such as skin rejuvenation, pain relief, and improved cellular function. Red light therapy offers numerous benefits including improved skin health, reduced inflammation, accelerated wound healing, pain relief, enhanced muscle recovery, improved joint health, and better mood and sleep
Far Infrared Sauna uses infrared light to create heat, which penetrates the skin and heats the body directly, offering various health benefits. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, far infrared saunas use infrared light to produce heat. Benefits of using a far infrared sauna include: stress reduction, improved sleep, and potential weight loss through increased calorie burning, detoxification, improved circulation, pain relief, muscle relaxation, enhanced skin.
Is there a discount if I refer a client to Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness?
Yes! If you refer someone to our clinic and that person chooses to become an Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness member, we will deposit $25 credit towards services into your account!
What does “you must be an active member to qualify for your membership discounts” mean?
This means that you will need to be in a current member contract in order to qualify for your corresponding membership discounts. While your auto-draft payments will not expire and are always available to you to apply to your services or products, your discount on services and products will only be applied if you're a current and active member of Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness.
Can my membership discount be applied with Rewards programs like Alle, ASPIRE, Xperience rewards programs?
Our practice does not use Alle, but we would love to redeem rewards points for ASPIRE and Xperience and assist you with those accounts.
What is ASPIRE?
Aspire Galderma Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows consumers and aesthetic providers to earn points for qualifying treatments with Galderma brands and select partner brands, including Dysport. Members can redeem points for savings on future treatments such as Dysport or Restylane procedures.
What is Xperience+?
The Xperience+ Loyalty Program aims to make the collection and redemption of your earned incentives and rewards as straightforward as possible so you can look and feel your best. Read the Medication Guide before you start receiving XEOMIN (Zeo-min) and each time XEOMIN is given to you as there may be new information.
Can anyone in my family use my membership banked money and discounts?
Your membership and benefits are designed exclusively for you. We will gladly set-up a membership for any member of your family who would like to benefit from our discounted products and services.
If I am an Elevated Aesthetics or Elevated Wellness member can I upgrade my membership to the Elevated Elite?
Absolutely, if you are an Elevated Aesthetics or an Elevated Elite member you may become an Elevated Elite member whenever you'd like, which provides you access to the exclusive benefits on all the Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness services.
Can I cancel my membership prior to the end of the year-long commitment?
To cancel your membership before completing the one-year commitment, you will need to repay the discounts received on services during your membership (the difference between your discount level and full price).
We will cancel your membership without penalty in the event of pregnancy or military-related moves. If you choose to cancel your membership before the one-year commitment, or if you cancel your card, written cancellation is required 14 days in advance of the monthly renewal date or at least 14 days before the billing date of your 12th month. Upon cancellation, you can still use the services for the remainder of the membership term but not moving forward.
A signed cancellation consent is required before your subscription plan can be canceled. Cancellation will not be acknowledged until the consent is signed.
What are the “CORE SERVICES” referring to?
CORE SERVICES is a term at Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness which refers to 3 essential Core Wellness Services: Red Light Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna.
For the Friend Day Pass, are the same services mentioned above included?
Yes! A friend day pass includes the core services, which are: Red Light Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna.
Are the Complimentary Myers IV, Complimentary IM, and Microdermabrasion credits awarded only once per year, or every month with membership draft?
Once a year credit for a Complimentary Myers IV Cocktail, as well as a complimentary IM injection, and Microdermabrasion treatment appear in your account after your initial member sign-up and then every year after when you renew your membership.
When am I eligible to redeem my complimentary IV and complimentary IM injection and Microdermabrasion Facial?
You may redeem your complimentary services at any point during the year. You must have an active membership to redeem.
If I am an Elite member, do I receive discounts on packages or bundle purchases?
Yes! If you are an Elevated Elite Member you can receive an additional 5% off of bundle packages with your 15% Member discount. This means that as an Elite Member you would receive a 20% discount on a bundled or package service purchase.
Do Memberships have an expiration date? Do they automatically renew?
All Aspen Aesthetics + Wellness Memberships are annual and will automatically renew on the preferred date of the member agreement. All membership plans are on a 12 month term.
