Sierra is a proud Colorado Springs native and a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in pediatric acute care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Beth-El and Helen E. Arthur College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Her expertise in medical aesthetics includes advanced skills in botulinum toxin injection techniques, such as specialized treatments for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), micro-tox for wrinkle prevention, bio-regenerative volumizing treatments, and vaginal rejuvenation. She received her initial certification in neurotoxins and dermal fillers through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training and is a Certified Laser Specialist through Rocky Mountain Laser College, as well as a Certified ZO Skin Health Specialist.
Sierra’s artistry and technique were honed while working closely with Clinical Director Kelly McKay, CRNA, and Advanced Medical Esthetician Hannah Vallandingham, mastering injectable protocols and energy-based skin resurfacing treatments. One of her most transformative experiences was a six-month internship under Kelly, whom she regards as her mentor and one of the best injectors in the industry. This training instilled in Sierra the principles of facial balancing, natural enhancement, and delivering youthful, undetectable results.
Her passion for nursing is rooted in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Having struggled with acne herself as a teenager, Sierra understands firsthand the connection between healthy skin and personal confidence. She is dedicated to combining science and artistry to provide safe, natural, and elevated results that her clients love. Her keen eye for detail, steady hand, and love of continuous learning make her ideally suited to the ever-evolving field of aesthetics.
Outside of the clinic, Sierra enjoys expressing her creativity through art projects and intricate painting, a skill that enhances her hand–eye coordination as an injector. She is also passionate about organization, both at home and in the clinic, something her colleagues and clients deeply appreciate. She shares her home with her fiancé, Jake, their dog “FIzz”, and two beloved cats, whom she calls her “children and best friends.” In her free time, Sierra enjoys board games with friends, hiking, shopping at Trader Joe’s, and spending time outdoors, always with a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of sunscreen.
